Michelin Star Chef Heiko Antoniewicz cooks exclusively for lunch and dinner guests at Elements, the home of modern, international cuisine at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, from October 7-11, 2014.
Known throughout the world for his use of molecular cuisine to create innovative dishes, Chef Heiko has devised a set lunch menu priced at 1,800 Baht. The set dinner, priced at 4,800 Baht, includes Scottish smoked salmon; essence of heirloom tomatoes with Brittany lobster, and diver scallops. The main course choices are top blade Wagyu beef and line-caught loup de mer. Chef Heiko’s amazing presentation concludes with his own very special carrot cake tinged with orange and curry that will delight the taste buds.
Elements is located on the 25th Floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok where you can enjoy stunning views of downtown Bangkok from the alfresco cantilevered deck before dining in comfort and style in our culinary theatre complete with open kitchen.
